We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining accurate product data across the entire RX event portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, knowledge of Oracle, Excel, and Salesforce, and the ability to interface with cross-functional teams.

  • The successful candidate will cover three main responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Entry and Maintenance:
    • Ensure consistency and alignment between local and global master product lists.
    • Enter and maintain products in the designated templates for global counterparts to upload.
    • Regularly communicate with the Oracle team to ensure mass uploads are uploaded/delivered on time.
  • Package Creation and Maintenance:
    • Create logical equations to approach desired pricing in various pricing scenarios.
    • Utilize package creation to simplify the business by creating packages that can scale to the size of a booth/stand.
    • Test to ensure package entries are accurate.
  • Price List Management:
    • Ensure mid-year space pricing increases are set correctly for every package/price list at the correct price on the desired date.
    • Ensure milestone billing is linked to the correct event, event edition with the correct deposit and invoicing dates and percentages.
    • Audit inventory for updates/additions and communicate product discrepancies.
