Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences through prompt and professional communication, effective lead management, and proactive re-engagement campaigns.

About the Role:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries via phone, email, online forms, and other marketing channels, ensuring clear and compassionate information about our services.

  • Provide empathetic support to patients, addressing questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Manage incoming leads and conduct timely follow-ups to maximise engagement and conversion, utilising CRM systems for accurate recording and analysis.

  • Reactivate past patients through proactive outreach, re-engagement campaigns, and regular communication, maintaining a disciplined and efficient approach to daily tasks and workflows.

  • Schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments, ensuring coordination with clinic staff and chiropractors, while handling payment transactions and providing transparent pricing information.

  • Follow all scripts, procedures, and internal systems with precision to ensure consistency and compliance, upholding a patient-first experience at every touchpoint.

  • Address complaints or issues with professionalism, escalating complex matters when required, and perform additional clinic support and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Certificate IV in a relevant discipline preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role within a healthcare environment.

  • Strong background in the medical or allied health field is highly desirable, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a personable and empathetic approach, and high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and multitasking abilities, competency with CRM and lead management tools, and a genuine interest in helping people and supporting their health journey.
