Seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Patient Services Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and queries resolved.
  • Collect outstanding patient balances in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Collaborate with third-party entities, such as insurance providers, to address patient account inquiries.
  • Make outbound collection calls as necessary, adhering to established protocols.
  • Assist patients with billing-related queries and concerns.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling sensitive patient information.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting departmental and company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure excellent attendance and punctuality, maintaining a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using email and other digital tools.
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
