Job Description

This role requires a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading cross-cultural teams and managing complex, multi-country projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

The Senior Global Project Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and fostering collaboration across global business units. This individual must possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as advanced proficiency in project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Leadership & Execution
  • Lead the end-to-end management of large-scale, cross-border projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Drive execution excellence by ensuring adherence to project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Risk & Issue Management
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and industry best practices.
Team & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional, multicultural project teams across geographies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within project teams.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior project managers or coordinators.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). You should have 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership capacity.

A proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex, and multi-country projects is essential. Experience in industries such as Finance, BPO, IT, Healthcare, etc., is a plus.

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP are preferred but not required. Agile/Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
