Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of our online programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with expertise in Kajabi and Zoom.

  • • Troubleshoot access issues, subscription problems, or payment questions (via Stripe)
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • • 3+ years of experience managing operations for online programs, courses, or memberships
  • • Strong Kajabi experience (or similar LMS)
  • • Excellent English (spoken and written)

About the Role

This is a full-time position, requiring end-to-end program operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up each cohort in Kajabi, managing weekly content drip and communications, and handling participant enrollment, tagging, survey tracking, and progress reporting. Additionally, they will troubleshoot access issues, subscription problems, or payment questions via Stripe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with expertise in Kajabi and Zoom. They must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage daily program operations

  • Monitor program performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations management
