Job Title:

University Outreach Coordinator - CeliacU Platform Support

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish relationships with key university contacts, including campus dietitians, dining services directors, student wellness coordinators, and disability services staff.
  • Verify contact information and maintain an up-to-date outreach database.
  • Develop strategic outreach plans based on university rankings and priorities.
Primary Objectives:
  • Prioritize securing interviews with the top 100 U.S. colleges and universities.
  • Expand outreach to the next 250 institutions (public and private).
  • Reach a total of 1,000 universities within the year.
  • Establish daily targets: 30 university contact attempts per day.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Professional phone presence and confidence in cold calling.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with university staff.
  • Strong email writing skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with CRM systems and Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable with video conferencing platforms.
  • Basic research skills and ability to collect data.
  • Email management and calendar coordination.
