Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Outreach Coordinator to build partnerships with colleges, universities, and vocational schools. This individual will connect directly with career advisors, student services, and job placement offices to encourage student participation in the RidenRoll driver platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and contact relevant departments at colleges, universities, and trade schools.
  • Present RidenRoll as a flexible income option for students seeking part-time work or entrepreneurial growth.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person presentations, info sessions, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of educational institutions and contacts.
  • Distribute marketing materials (flyers, digital brochures, campus boards).
  • Report weekly progress and feedback to the outreach manager or director.
  • Collaborate with marketing and driver onboarding teams to ensure a smooth application process for student referrals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Confident speaking with professionals and students.
  • Experience in Outreach: Recruiting, sales, or community engagement preferred.
  • Self-Starter: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage outreach targets independently.
  • Comfortable Working Remotely: Using basic CRM or tracking tools.
  • Passion for Education: Economic mobility, and student success is a plus.
