Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager and CDRL Coordinator to lead the coordination, submission, and quality oversight of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables on a nationwide project. This role ensures all documentation meets contract, technical, and quality standards in compliance with DoD and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

This position requires someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development, formatting, submission, and tracking of all CDRL deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Maintain and improve a Quality Assurance system aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Conduct internal quality reviews of reports, data, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical leads to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with contract specifications.
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews to ensure alignment with DoD, ISO, and client standards.
  • Document and track quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Promote continuous improvement practices across project teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing CDRLs and Quality Assurance for U.S. Government or international projects (within the last 10 years).
  • Experience in defense or military infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD DIDs, CDRL formats, and reporting standards. Skilled in ISO 9001:2015 quality systems, audits, and document control.
  • Proficient in reviewing technical deliverables and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Familiar with DoD and other US Federal Agencies compliance and reporting processes.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to complete mandatory courses and certifications as required.
