This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage clinical audits, document findings, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality patient care and safety standards.

  • You will be accountable for completing clinical audit tools and materials within stipulated deadlines, ensuring comprehensive data collection plans are in place prior to scheduled audits.
  • Conduct meticulous audits using approved electronic tools, providing actionable feedback to managers and associates on observations and findings.
  • Maintain seamless coordination with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient data collection and ensure clinical audit databases are regularly updated.
  • Arrange meetings with Clinical Audit Leads and managers to discuss audit procedures, review outcomes, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Offer support as required to foster departmental growth and excellence.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all records, documents, and patient information.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing with active RN registration.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in quality management within healthcare settings.
  • Hold Lean Six Sigma and/or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality certifications, if possible.
  • Capacity to relocate to BGC, Taguig and begin employment without delay.
