We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to support and optimize our operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our systems, automating workflows, and troubleshooting issues across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues (e.g., checkout bugs, plugin conflicts)
  2. Manage monthly updates for WordPress (core, theme, plugins) to ensure seamless functionality
  3. Maintain and update lightweight custom scripts (JavaScript, PHP) to enhance system performance
  4. Build and manage workflow automations with Zapier as a central tool to streamline processes
  5. Support and configure Airtable bases, views, automations, and permission settings to maximize efficiency
  6. Collaborate with developers on advanced workflows and integrations using Zapier and N8n to drive innovation
  7. Maintain syncing and data integrity between Salesforce and Airtable to ensure accurate information
  8. Provide technical assistance for Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive) including access and permission issues to minimize downtime
  9. Offer general technical support across teams and departments to promote knowledge sharing
  10. Document internal systems and help optimize workflows to improve productivity
  11. Align technical solutions with production and operations needs to drive business growth
