The role of Zendesk Admin & AI Specialist is focused on managing workflows, queue management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer support operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Optimize Zendesk workflows, queues, and automation using expertise in triggers and setup.
  • Develop and implement AI integrations to enhance customer support operations.
