Operations Support Specialist for Growing Startup

We are a cutting-edge AI-powered sales infrastructure startup expanding rapidly. We need an organized and detail-focused Operations Support Specialist to manage daily tasks, maintain records, and ensure seamless communication across our global team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain schedules, calendars, and task lists for the team
  • Support client onboarding processes (collecting assets, documents, notes)
  • Update records in CRM, Airtable, Slack, and Notion
  • Manage basic administrative tasks: email management, scheduling, data entry, research
  • Coordinate with team members for smooth collaboration
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Assistant or Virtual Assistant
  • Excellent written and spoken English (clear, professional, client-friendly)
  • Strong familiarity with productivity tools like Slack, Notion, Google Suite
  • Able to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn automation tools (GoHighLevel, Zapier, n8n)
