At our company, we're looking for a skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails.

Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Specialist with expertise in network and cybersecurity to provide top-notch support to our clients. Your primary role will be to resolve complex technical issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails
  • Resolve complex technical issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role is essential
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking) is required
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
