
Strategic Growth Manager

We're seeking an ambitious professional to drive new growth opportunities and balance business profitability with risk. This role involves designing and implementing innovative programs, analyzing data insights, and collaborating with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and execute champion-challenger programs across all credit cycles.
- Develop business and risk frameworks, including automation of reporting and processes.
- Conduct research on evolving credit strategies and contribute to portfolio management discussions.
- Review and endorse program proposals, policies, and procedures to assess compliance and risk implications.
- Ensure projects are well-defined, aligned with business objectives, documented, and appropriately reported.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in UAT testing, data analysis, and program/project execution. A graduate degree in Business Management, Economics, Banking and Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (Management/Industrial Engineering) is preferred. At least 5+ years of experience in credit operations, risk systems administration, compliance functions, or consumer banking is required.
