Executive Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director to drive business growth and excellence across multiple categories and brands. This strategic leadership role requires a proven track record in P&L management, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.

  • Job Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and implement holistic business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
    2. Lead annual business planning, including budget forecasting, cost management, and resource allocation.
    3. Conduct market analysis, consumer insights research, and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging trends and new opportunities.
    4. Oversee the execution of marketing, sales, and distribution strategies to maximize business performance.
    5. Ensure optimal product availability, pricing, inventory management, and demand planning in collaboration with supply chain and commercial teams.
    6. Track and evaluate key business performance metrics, including sales trends, consumer behavior, and operational efficiency.
    7. Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, retail, e-commerce, and commercial teams to enhance brand positioning and business execution.
    8. Act as the key liaison with brand principals and business partners, ensuring strong alignment on business objectives, marketing initiatives, and market positioning.
    9. Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and business contracts, securing sustainable partnerships that drive long-term success.
  • Requirements:
    1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in brand, category, or business management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the beauty, luxury, or retail industry.
    2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
    3. Proven track record in P&L management, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
    4. Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
    5. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
