Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our organization's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee strategic operations to drive revenue growth and improve profit margins.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring effective implementation of programs and policies.
  • Develop and execute annual program plans, setting clear objectives, strategies, and targets.
  • Maintain profitability by monitoring revenue margins, developing personnel evaluation guidelines, and implementing staff advancement and redeployment strategies.
  • Closely monitor financial performance, adjust operational budgets to promote profitability, and manage allocated resources effectively.
  • Ensure business continuity and recovery requirements are met through regular review of business-related reports and initiatives.
  • Manage client relations by providing reporting services to client representatives regarding operational performance.
  • Evaluate staff performance, provide training, and determine additional staffing needs.
  • Report business activities to superiors and make recommendations for improvements.
