Job Title:

Strategic Customer Growth Manager

○ Responsible for driving growth in customer value among existing subscribers through upselling, reloading, retention, and loyalty initiatives.

○ Analyze customer behavior and product experience to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

○ Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.

○ Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts and optimize results.

○ Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

○ Lead project planning, scheduling, controlling, and reporting activities for all Base Management campaigns. Ensure timely execution and implementation of solutions.

○ Build strong relationships with readiness partners – Product, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

○ Identify pain points in current processes/customer touchpoints causing complaints or churn and create game plans to address them within product capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

○ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improvement.

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

○ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

○ Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform business decisions.
