Executive Administrative Professional
MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing company specializing in tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients. A highly organized, well-established, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Professional is sought to join our remote team.
As an Executive Administrative Professional, you will perform high-level administrative tasks and support senior-level managers. Your responsibilities include managing complex calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to act without guidance. You will contribute to business efficiency by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, and have a flexible approach to work. They should demonstrate good organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize work under pressure, and complete tasks within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complicated and busy schedules
  • Perform planning, logistics, and operations work
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support
  • Coordinate individual and group travel
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate judgment and discretion
  • Support in various capacities, including data entry, project completion, event/meeting planning, filing, mail handling, and correspondence processing
  • Organize meetings, summits from start to finish
  • Screen phone calls, prepare correspondence, and handle document preparation, bill payment, record keeping
  • Complete errands as needed
  • Develop and maintain personal action items, to-do lists, and follow up and follow through proactively maintaining and providing status updates
  • Be comfortable with Chief of Staff level duties and/or Project Management
  • Be comfortable with procurement and/or logistics level duties

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (BPO preferred)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent judgment in handling confidential information with discretion
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional Office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects; move objects from place to place; hold onto objects; and move or exert force up to 40 pounds.
