In this role, you will oversee a team of sales agents who work closely together to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to optimize business potential in assigned territories.

  • Ensuring that sales agents have the necessary infrastructure to efficiently cover their assigned territories.

  • Maintaining open communication channels with sales teams and providing guidance on best practices.

  • Conducting regular business reviews to assess current performance against established KPIs.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
