Job Description
In this role, you will oversee a team of sales agents who work closely together to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to optimize business potential in assigned territories.
Ensuring that sales agents have the necessary infrastructure to efficiently cover their assigned territories.
Maintaining open communication channels with sales teams and providing guidance on best practices.
Conducting regular business reviews to assess current performance against established KPIs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
