Sales and Business Development Opportunity
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth, expand our customer base, and foster strong relationships with key clients in the Colombian market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the defined Territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new customers for Sinclair Colombia's EBD portfolio.
- Create and implement a monthly operating rhythm within the Territory to ensure consistent performance tracking and reporting.
- Develop and improve selling skills and competencies through ongoing training and development programs.
- Plan and execute sales and promotion activities for Sinclair Colombia's EBD portfolio to achieve sales objectives in the Territory.
- Provide clinician training (workshops) on the proper use of Sinclair Colombia's EBD portfolio products.
- Attend relevant conferences and meetings to stay updated on industry developments and treatment applications of Sinclair's portfolio of products.
- Maintain quality professional relationships with all customers within the Territory.
- Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in the defined Territory.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to analyze and develop the Territory.
- Responsible for monitoring, reporting, and communicating the Territory's performance to the Sales Manager on a monthly basis.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to provide feedback on marketing materials and campaign impact in the Territory.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
