Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing client engagement, setting appointments, and assisting with sales and marketing outreach. You will be working remotely as part of our team to help drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement & Sales
    • Call and qualify inbound leads, book appointments, and close deals with hot prospects over the phone.
    • Make up to 10 outbound cold calls per day to targeted prospects.
    • Follow up on warm leads via phone, email, and messaging.
  • Social Media Management
    • Monitor and respond to comments/messages on social media pages.
    • Share and schedule content to maintain consistent engagement.
  • Administrative Support
    • Draft and send email campaigns to prospects and clients.
    • Assist with follow-up communications after meetings or investigations.

Benefits
  • Flexible Work Schedule: 11:00 PM - 3:00 AM PH Time
  • Competitive Hourly Rate: P250 - P300 per hour

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Representative, or Appointment Setter.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and sales closing preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily targets.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.
  • Knows how to navigate Google Translate.
