We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of a newly launched loyalty program. You will be responsible for building a network of business partners to offer exclusive perks and benefits to program members. This is a high-impact, end-to-end sales position with full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
About the CompanyThis role contributes to a high-profile partnership with one of the world's largest airlines. The successful candidate will receive continuous training and support, including specialized sales programs, in addition to internal initiatives.
Your Impact: Responsibilities of the Role- Develop and manage a comprehensive outreach strategy.
- Actively identify and qualify new partnership opportunities within the market.
- Proactively follow up on all leads and potential partners to nurture relationships.
- Lead discovery calls and negotiations to convert qualified leads into signed partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and progress in the CRM.
- Meet and exceed set targets for partner acquisition and revenue.
- Proven end-to-end sales experience with a strong track record as a 'closer'.
- Demonstrated experience handling discovery calls and managing a full sales pipeline.
- Willingness to work Australian business hours.
- Ability to work remotely with your own laptop or computer.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
