Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to support our high-growth business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating structure and freedom, enabling our founder to focus on growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SOPs, Workflows & Onboarding: Develop scalable team systems, workflows, and onboarding documents from scratch.
  • Project Management: Manage weekly task boards using Trello and Google Sheets, lead standups, and coordinate with developers and contractors.
  • Ai & Automation: Utilize tools like ChatGpt, Bolt, and Famous.ai to enhance campaigns and conversion tracking.
  • Sales & E-commerce: Support Amazon Store backend, Shopify, and ManyChat, as well as low-code or no-code app development using tools like Bubble and Glide.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting founders or managing projects, preferably in a startup or remote setting.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Tech-savviness and comfort with AI and modern automation tools.
  • Experience in sales, funnels, and high-converting campaigns is a major plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and resourceful individual who can work independently and think strategically.
