Sales Executive

Professional Parking Management Corporation seeks a highly motivated Sales Officer to join its team.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales and be proficient in customer relationship management. Key responsibilities include closing deals with monthly parkers, responding to queries, and providing necessary details regarding monthly rates, deposits, advance rent, number of allowed vehicles, liability for loss or damage, parking assignments, violations, non-assignability of slots, parking cards, and parking hours.
Closing Deals with Monthly Parkers:
- Closing Deals with Monthly Parkers: Meet with clients to discuss their parking needs and negotiate pricing.
- Respond to Queries from Potential Monthly Parkers: Respond promptly to inquiries about availability, pricing, and other concerns.
- Provide Necessary Details: Inform clients about our services, including monthly rates, deposits, advance rent, number of allowed vehicles, liability for loss or damage, parking assignments, violations, non-assignability of slots, parking cards, and parking hours.
- Prepare and Send Proposals: Develop and send proposals to potential clients outlining the terms of our agreement.
Termination for Reserved Slots:
- Ensure that the monthly parker formally notifies the Sales Officer of their intent to terminate the contract at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date.
- Advise the Accounting team to prepare the check payment for the security deposit refund, and work with the Operations team to check if there are any damages that need to be deducted from the security deposit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales management or digital marketing are a plus.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the marketing or customer-facing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals.
