We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations function, you will be responsible for driving optimization, supporting reporting, and helping turn concepts into actionable solutions with speed and precision.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in Salesforce administration, reporting, and analytics, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results and ensure that all stakeholders have access to accurate and timely reports.
In this critical role, you will take ownership of our Salesforce environment, building and maintaining critical reporting dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau (or other business intelligence tools) to provide transparency into pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics. You will deliver accurate and timely reports for board meetings and weekly sales calls, anticipating the needs of sales leaders and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
This is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, or operational requirements. Flexibility to transition to an office-based setup when necessary is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain critical reporting dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau (or other BI tools)
- Deliver accurate and timely reports for board meetings and weekly sales calls
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in sales data and reporting processes
- Own the accuracy and reporting of sales pipeline across all lines of business
- Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and consistency across the organization
- Develop monthly dashboards and ensure all sales opportunities are fully updated in Salesforce
- Oversee and optimize Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot tools to ensure alignment with business needs
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to reporting systems, including the potential use of Tableau or other BI platforms
- Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, anticipating needs and proactively providing solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
- At least 8–10 years of experience in sales reporting and analytics, with a proven ability to build and optimize sales dashboards
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce; hands-on experience with LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot
- Working knowledge of Tableau or other business intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills, with excellent time management and a strong focus on meeting deadlines and deliverables
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership
Work Requirements:
- Must reside in Metro Manila or nearby provinces
- Amenable to night shift (graveyard)
- Available to work from home full-time but able to go on-site to Makati if needed
