Strategic Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a data-driven expert to play a pivotal role in our growth initiatives across the specialty insurance space.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify market opportunities and whitespace through territory intelligence
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales outreach with data-backed insights
  • Create dashboards and analytics to track pipeline health, performance KPIs, and early deal risk
  • Optimize lead routing and engagement using Salesforce
  • Predict underwriting success by analyzing submission patterns
  • Support broker engagement strategies and monitor satisfaction metrics
  • Serve as a go-to expert for GTM tools
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in GTM, RevOps, BI, or similar roles
  • Proficient in Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, and Excel
  • Experience with marketing intent tools and sales engagement platforms
  • Excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in insurance, MGA, or broker-led distribution
  • Familiarity with underwriting workflows or submission quality analytics
