The Data & Automation Engineer plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless integration between people, platforms, and performance. This high-output, high-ownership position requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and builds solutions that scale.

This key position bridges analytics and engineering, working across Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Google Sheets, Domo, and lightweight code to make information accessible, accurate, and actionable. Key responsibilities include building analytics tools, integrating CRMs, automating workflows, and delivering fast, flexible data solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnering, Analysis, & Performance: Translate stakeholder needs into working prototypes, dashboards, and reporting tools in hours, not days.
  • CRM, API, & Systems Development: Architect and maintain CRM and project management automations across various systems.
  • Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Standardize and document processes to ensure reporting, automation, and data workflows are consistent, scalable, and repeatable.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, systems integration, or operations/reporting engineering.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (including advanced formulas, automation, and cross-sheet integrations).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and APIs, with the ability to write and maintain scripts. Experience with Python and Java is highly preferred.
