Job Title:

Strategic Partner Management Role

  • Performance and relationship management of third-party vendors
  • Generate insights and present it to stakeholders
  • Create and/or execute strategies to improve vendor performance
  • Ensure vendors are compliant with all contractual requirements
  • Find solutions to performance related problems using a Lean Six Sigma approach
  • Drive continuous improvements and quality performance of partner metrics such as quality, productivity, staffing, training, attrition, and efficiency
  • Hold vendors accountable for operational excellence and contractual standards
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions that meet quality and service goals
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical, process, and operational issues
Requirements:

3+ years of relevant experience in vendor management or operations

  • Experience leading BPO operations or directly relevant Consumer Operations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present information effectively
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive operations improvements
  • Extensive understanding of industry operations and trends
Nice to Have:
  • BI tool experience (e.g. Looker, Salesforce)
  • SQL experience
  • Six Sigma certification
  • PMP certification
