Job Opportunity

Drive strategic marketing automation initiatives across the organization. Plan, execute, and enhance automated marketing campaigns to ensure seamless data flow between platforms.

This role requires collaboration with marketing and sales teams to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing automation campaigns.
  • Manage and enhance Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
  • Ensure smooth integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities.
  • Monitor key automation and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications.
  • Maintain database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset with strong communication skills.
