**Job Opportunity for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist**

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing, with significant experience in the US and LTAM markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across various industries within the US and LTAM. They will utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, networking, and direct outreach.

Key responsibilities include:

  2. Utilizing advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, social media recruiting, networking, and direct outreach
  3. Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
  4. Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market mapping and talent pooling
  5. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide regular updates on sourcing progress and market insights

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. They will also have a sense of urgency, good organizational skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
