  • Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a senior partner responsible for developing strategic relationships with key clients. This individual will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and collaborate on solution development.

The Opportunity:

This role involves working with existing and new customers to understand their initiatives in consumer lending and retail banking across marketing, originations, customer management, personalization, collections, and fraud. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating clients about the value of our platform in empowering business users to make data-driven decisions that drive growth and profitability.

What You'll Contribute:

  1. Share expertise and thought leadership in decisioning, analytics, and optimization within financial services to help clients leapfrog the competition by leveraging our cutting-edge platform.

  2. Bearing essential relationships with senior client stakeholders in business and technology to gain insights into their urgent decision management problems while articulating our platform capabilities.

  3. Researching and shaping potential solution opportunities through collaborative engagement with internal key account managers, pre-sales domain experts, and pre-sales architects to formulate and effectively position solution proposals.

  4. Ensuring clients are delighted with solutions purchased to create long-term, expanding, and profitable win-win relationships.

  5. Collaborating across internal teams including global solution architecture, product development, finance, and professional services to shape a cohesive sales effort that educates clients on the tremendous business value our platform delivers.

  6. Managing sales to quarterly and annual targets, with significant earnings upside when targets are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience developed in work environments.

  • A strong track record of building relationships and a knack for understanding clients' industry challenges.

  • Demonstrated success structuring and selling complex enterprise software solutions to large clients in financial services.

  • Knowledge or experience in consumer lending, credit risk, account management, retail banking, and fraud is also desirable.

  • A deep interest in and/or experience with technical and business use of data, behavioral profiles, decision management, orchestration, machine learning, artificial intelligence, simulation, and optimization in SaaS offerings.

  • Techno-functional expertise preferred.

  • A passion for learning and educating customers and colleagues through presentations and conversations.

  • A passion for working hard under tight deadlines and thriving in high-pressure situations.

  • A collaborative style of working where team strengths are celebrated and the whole team is greater than the sum of its players.

  • An ability to travel up to 50% of the business week to engage with clients and build meaningful relationships.
