Senior Financial Analyst Role

This Senior Financial Analyst will play a vital role in providing strategic financial support to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, with strong skills in financial modeling and Excel.

About the Job Description
  • We are seeking an experienced financial analyst who can drive monthly and annual forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
  • The successful candidate will be able to partner with various leaders to help manage and grow the business, providing thought partnership and decision support for new initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Drive monthly and annual forecasts, highlighting insightful variance analysis and implications.
  2. Forecast accurately, aligning on assumptions with stakeholders and understanding spend patterns.
  3. Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to inform better decision-making and scenario planning.
  4. Provide front-line support for ad-hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries, presenting and visualizing data and insights.
  5. Develop efficiency metrics to inform growth and set financial context.
  6. Establish and maintain trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
  7. Reconcile headcount for the organization.
  8. Partner closely with business partners to understand their needs and develop effective cost management solutions.
  9. Support the Sales team to ensure accuracy and alignment of commissions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant financial analysis experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, using Excel and G-Suite tools.
  • Adopts a constant improvement mindset, applying it to make processes and procedures more efficient.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP or IFRS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
