Event Staffing Specialist

The nation's largest event staffing agency is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as an Event Staffing Specialist.
- This role involves working closely with assigned clients to select the best staff for each assignment, ensuring seamless execution of events nationwide.
This position is ideal for college graduates with a passion for recruiting, customer service, public relations, advertising, or marketing.
Responsibilities- Selecting and managing promotional staff for assignments across the country.
- Recruiting, enrolling, and training promotional staff over the phone and via email.
- Evaluating and processing all promotional staff after completion of each assignment.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and talent.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferred.
- Ideal 2-5+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, communications, or event staffing.
- Excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent Google software.
- Ability to communicate effectively over phone and email.
- Reliable, determined, and self-motivated.
