Marketing Strategy Executive

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Head of Marketing to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, driving client acquisition, and supporting the growth of our event-driven business model.

They will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the marketing team, ensuring all efforts are aligned with our marketing objectives. This includes content creation, social media management, and graphic design tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborating with SEO specialists to improve website and campaign performance, increasing visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills, and possessing in-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics.

Additionally, they will possess analytical skills to monitor and optimize marketing KPIs, using tools like Google Analytics, and deliver actionable insights that enhance campaign performance.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, with 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in event-driven or B2B settings.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a remote or international team environment.
