Phoenix Support Services, a digital marketing company based in the US, has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As part of our Human Resources Team, you will be responsible for finding and attracting qualified applicants for open positions within the organization.

About the Role

This is a remote position that requires strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies. You will work as part of a team to identify future hiring needs, develop job descriptions and specifications, and partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in digital marketing or advertising industries.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications;
  2. Partnering with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies;
  3. Proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks;
  4. Maintaining the organization's applicant tracking system;
  5. Conducting interviews and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best fit vacant positions;
  6. Promoting the organization's employment opportunities;
  7. Providing recruitment reports to department managers;
  8. Ensuring a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process;
  9. Performing other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in digital marketing or advertising industries;
  • Familiarity with digital marketing roles, including SEO specialists, content creators, graphic designers, and social media managers;
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
