Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities through market research and analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate Market Potential:  Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Cultivate Relationships:  Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients via cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Presentation Skills:  Present company products and services effectively to potential clients.
  • Strategic Partnerships:  Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth.
  • Sales Support:  Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiation Skills:  Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Record Management:  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Good analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A stable internet connection and reliable backup equipment.
