Sales Growth Manager
Job DescriptionAt our company, we believe that sales growth is a key driver of business success. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be working closely with internal teams, including marketing and product, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions and progress using CRM tools
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Technology, SaaS, or AI-related industries
- End-to-end B2B sales experience, with strong closing skills
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently—from prospecting to closing
- Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and client engagement best practices
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter in a remote setting
- Skilled in using CRM software, sales prospecting tools, and video conferencing platforms
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets
- Experience selling to decision-makers (e.g., C-level execs, VPs, Directors) in mid-market to enterprise organizations is a plus
