The B2B Recruiting Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our executive research team at Dynata. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative research solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a group of skilled agents who conduct qualitative research interviews with high-level business respondents. Your primary focus will be on recruiting and qualifying top-tier business professionals to participate in research studies, as well as developing and refining methods for identifying and tracking target audiences across various online platforms.
You will also evaluate and optimize tools for contact list generation and management, and provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure the highest levels of productivity and lead quality from our research team.
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record in B2B research, sales, or related fields, with a strong understanding of CRM tools and contact management best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of skilled agents conducting qualitative research interviews

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B research, sales, or related fields
