
Technical Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries via various channels, including tickets, emails, and video conferencing.
- Create and update documentation based on customer interactions to ensure accurate knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the development of new features and bug fixes through collaboration with Product, Development, and Infrastructure Teams.
This role requires an individual who can effectively communicate technical information to customers and colleagues alike. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing customer-facing cases throughout the entire support lifecycle, as well as expertise in writing support content.
About the Team
We operate in a distributed team model, with Support Engineers working across multiple regions. Collaboration is key, with regular pairing sessions and 1:1s to ensure seamless communication.
