Key Roles and Responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive business growth through strategic campaign planning and execution. This role requires a well-rounded marketer with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including coordinating tasks with internal teams, freelancers, and vendors.
  • Create and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, social media content, email copy, and creative briefs.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure alignment across brand and messaging.

Key Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with agency or B2B exposure.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Apollo.
  • Strong content and copywriting skills with attention to voice, tone, and accuracy.
  • Hands-on experience with webinars, landing pages, and basic CRM management.
  • Solid understanding of analytics and performance reporting.

Preferred Skills

  • Background or strong interest in architecture/design or legal/Hispanic marketing.
  • Experience in event marketing or trade show planning.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles, and how to optimize messaging for organic reach.
