**Job Title:** Senior Marketing AnalystThis is a highly specialized role that requires exceptional skills in digital marketing and data analysis. As a senior marketing analyst, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  1. Audit current and prospective clients' marketing programs to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Craft integrated marketing plans that incorporate social media, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
  3. Collaborate with channel specialists to develop impactful marketing strategies.
  4. Determine budget allocations by channel, medium, objective, and funnel stage.
  5. Coordinate with channel teams to ensure alignment with the overarching plan.
  6. Research and analyze prospective clients, industries, competitors, ideal customer profiles, and sentiment.
  7. Forecast and pressure-test projections to align with budgets and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in cross-channel marketing program management.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels.
  • Experience working with large sets of campaigns and/or clients.
  • Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms.
  • Familiarity with the broader marketing and media buying landscape.
  • Familiarity with earned media channels.
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index.
  • Familiarity with Asana and Slack.
