Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will help drive brand awareness, execute marketing campaigns, and support digital content creation. This role is key in promoting our poultry products across various platforms and ensuring consistent brand messaging both online and offline.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related course
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related roles (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and social media platforms
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content trends
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales and branding goals
  • Design and produce promotional materials using Adobe tools and Canva
  • Manage and create content for company's social media platforms and digital channels
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and product activations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for marketing collateral needs and branding guidelines
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations for better reach and engagement
