Benefits Consultant - Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our deployment team, you will be responsible for providing expertise in the Workday HCM product suite, with a deep focus on U.S. Benefits.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Provide technical guidance and support in the design and configuration of the Workday solution.
  • Leverage your knowledge and experience to successfully gather and document client business requirements.
  • Demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems and assist in testing the Workday solution.
  • Work closely with the integration consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate synergistically to drive team-based projects forward.
