Help Desk Professional Role

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to provide remote support and technical troubleshooting across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud platforms, scripting, and IT ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants
  • Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments
  • Use NinjaRMM and ticketing tools to monitor and resolve incidents
  • Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization
  • Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs
  • Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of IT experience with proven success in a similar role
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues
  • Hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems
  • Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others)
  • Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks
  • Strong communication and remote collaboration skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage tasks independently
