Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales or lead generation, with experience in B2B, U.S.-facing markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Make 150-200 outbound calls per day to U.S.-based prospects
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with target B2B clients
- Follow up on a warm lead list of over 5,400 contacts
- Build and manage personalized follow-up sequences in the CRM
- Collaborate with the founder to test and refine outreach messaging
- Keep accurate, organized records of activity, outcomes, and insights
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, ideally in a B2B, U.S.-facing market
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection handling
- Strong English communication skills - both spoken and written
- Experience selling to executive assistants, procurement teams, or corporate gift buyers
- Knowledge of the U.S. promotional product or holiday gifting markets
