Key Responsibilities:- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring accurate and organized information.

- Lead Database Management: Maintain and update lead databases, providing regular updates to stakeholders and optimizing lead-handling processes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients' sales teams to refine targeting and lead engagement strategies, driving continuous improvement.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report outreach performance, analyzing campaign data to inform future strategy and optimization.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development support, lead generation, or prospecting, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
- Tools and Software: Proficiency with outreach tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
