Financial Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Handle various transactions such as cash deposits, withdrawals, payments and other financial operations.
- Support tasks including scanning, filing of documents and other administrative duties.
- Verify the authenticity of checks and ensure all received notes are genuine.
- Identify opportunities to promote existing bank products to clients.
- Refer clients with queries or interest in other bank services.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all interacting clients.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related.
- No prior work experience required but relevant customer service skills are beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of initiative and innovation.
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to be assigned to any branch within the area.
