About the Role

This is a forward-thinking Senior Client position supporting our regionalised structure. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to design scalable insight engines, prototype decision-support systems, and lead the next wave of analytics across high-impact problem spaces.

Key responsibilities include partnering with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs, developing and maintaining tailored dashboards, and leading deep dives into performance variability and customer segments.

The role requires delivering strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing, building and refining repeatable insight models, and mentoring junior analysts in developing storytelling and client-facing analytics skills.

We are seeking a candidate with 7+ years of experience in analytics, expertise in SQL, and strong communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field is required. Experience in fintech, financial services, or recovery analytics is highly regarded.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables
  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing
  • Build and refine repeatable insight models that support benchmarking, campaign planning, and forecasting
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills
  • Play a lead role in driving cross-client insight standardisation and reporting automation
Preferred Skills
  • Expert-level SQL

  • Deep understanding of cohort analysis, performance attribution, and outcome modeling
  • Familiarity with Snowflake and/or cloud-native data environments
  • Exposure to forecasting, predictive modeling, or experimental design (A/B testing)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work
