Career Opportunity: Commercial Insights Specialist

As a pivotal team member, you will be responsible for optimizing commercial tools and providing actionable insights through data analysis.

  • Business Optimization
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and enhance commercial applications.
    • Configure and customize commercial applications to align with business processes and requirements.
    • Maintain data quality and integrity through rigorous data governance practices.
    • Develop training programs to maximize CRM system adoption and user efficiency.
    • Analyze CRM reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations.
  • Strategic Planning & Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
    • Support the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and loyalty.
    • Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and tools.
    • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and Power BI features and best practices.

You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM management, specifically with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Power BI with strong experience in data visualization and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
