This is a great opportunity to grow professionally and personally in the world of tech. As a Lead Verification Support Agent, you will be working with customers' sensitive information, updating and categorizing leads in the system, and forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailers.

You will be contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest, accurately update and categorize leads in the system, securely work with customers' sensitive information, apply the latest customer happiness practices, and maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the world of tech and wants to be part of the leading SaaS, Software, or Hardware solutions.

About the Role

  • Job Description: The primary goal of this role is to verify and follow up on leads, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest
    • Forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailer
    • Accurately update and categorize leads in the system
    • Securely work with customers' sensitive information
    • Apply the latest customer happiness practices
    • Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
  • Requirements:
    • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages)
    • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
    • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
    • Attentive to details
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills
    • Positive and responsible attitude
    • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
